APARTMENT ANJOS – LISBON 2019

This project refers to the renovation of a 70´s apartment in Lisbon, in order to improve and update the style and functionality of the different spaces, in particular the open plan concept between the kitchen and living room.

The use of a slatted wood partition next to the entrance door contributed to define the entrance area, without blocking the natural light of the space. An existing open plan living room / kitchen has been redesigned to maintain the original opening, but visually individualised by lowering the ceiling and introducing a countertop integrated with the kitchen cabinets, accentuating the division between both spaces. A careful selection of furniture contributed to define the eclectic and contemporary style of the apartment.
